Class Descriptions
Introductory/Level I
No previous yoga experience or flexibility required.
Level I/II
A standard class, for the continuing student with introduction to intermediate asanas. New students are welcome to begin at this level.
Level II
Previous yoga experience required. Deeper practice of inversions, back extensions and abdominal asanas.
Gentle/Senior
For those who prefer a more gentle pace.
Restorative
Rejuvenating & supported poses to restore energy and relieve chronic tension.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are recommended for:
- Beginners to learn the basics
- To learn sequences to benefit specific health or physical related issues
- To help deepen one's home practice
- To help deepen one's understanding of a specific pose or type of poses
*** NOTE: Lessons can be held at either the studio or at your home and can be for 2 or more people.
