  What to wear
Clothing that allows for easy movement, such as tights, loose fitting pants (not baggy) or bike shorts, and a T-shirt or tank top.  Please come with clean feet as we do work barefoot.  Also, please come with a fairly empty stomach, allowing at least 2 hours after a full meal.
 
Yoga props are provided for use in the studio.
